Update the RICOH THETA S/SC firmware to the latest version and follow the procedure below.

With the PlayStation®4(PS4®) and PS VR connected and ready to use, select the “Media Player” app icon on the home screen

*Even if the message “Connect a USB storage device to the PS4®, or connect a media server to your network.” appears,
proceed to STEP 2.
*If any other message appears, contact PlayStation support.
With the camera power off, hold down the wireless button on the camera and connect the camera to the PS4® with a USB cable
*Keep holding the wireless button down until the LED on the camera starts flashing.
Select “Ricoh Company, Ltd. RICOH THETA S” that is displayed on the list
*For RICOH THETA SC, “Ricoh Company, Ltd. RICOH THETA SC” will be displayed.
On the Options Menu on the still image/video file list screen, select “On” for “VR Mode”
Select the file that you want to view
