Can the soft case included with the camera or optional TS-2 semi-hard case be used to store the camera when the TL-2 lens cap (accessory) is attached to the camera?

No, it cannot be stored in the soft case or TS-2 semi-hard case while the TL-2 lens cap is attached to the camera.
Remove the lens cap to store it in these cases.
