Continuing on last year, we are once again holding the RICOH THETA x IoT Developers’ Contest. This is an open contest calling for submission of apps and gadgets that utilize RICOH THETA.
In order to support development, applicants will be provided with a special early release of the new IoT-oriented platform, which is scheduled for regular release in autumn of this year.
Prize amounts for the contest will total 5 million yen, with a grand prize of 1 million yen.
Contest entry opens on April 1. If you are a regular RICOH THETA user and interested in development, please consider applying.
Entry period: April 1 (Fri.) – August 10 (Wed.)
Submission deadline for apps/gadgets: August 31 (Wed.)
Award ceremony: November 7 (Mon.)
