The following issues have been reported when using RICOH THETA for Mac in Adobe AIR Version 20 (released December 9).

・Will not start
・Starts, but only a blank white window is displayed
Please avoid updating Adobe AIR to Version 20 until the cause of these issues has been determined.
■If you have updated to Adobe AIR 20 and RICOH THETA for Mac will not start properly
Follow the steps below to uninstall Adobe AIR and reinstall the previous version.
(1) Uninstall Adobe AIR
Navigate to Applications > Utilities and double click “Adobe AIR Uninstaller”.
(2) Reinstall the old version
Open this page.

Select, download and install the previous installer from “Adobe AIR 19 runtime downloads”. Make sure to select the correct version for your OS.
