The following issue has been reported when using RICOH THETA for Windows with Adobe AIR Version 24 (released December 13).
- Still image and video cannot be viewed.
Please avoid updating Adobe AIR to Version 24 until the cause of this issue has been determined.
■If you have updated to Adobe AIR 24 and RICOH THETA for Windows will not work properly,
follow the steps below to uninstall Adobe AIR and reinstall the previous version.
(1) Uninstall Adobe AIR
Open Program from Control Panel. Search “Adobe AIR”in the list, right click and select “Uninstall”
(2) Reinstall the old version
Open below page.

Download the installer from “Adobe AIR 23.0.0257 Windows (10MB)” and install.
