The following issue has been reported when using RICOH THETA for iPhone with the iOS 13 Update (released September 19).
・The camera and smartphone cannot connect by wireless LAN
Please update the iOS version and also the “RICOH THETA for iPhone” to the latest one(version 2.9.0).
