iOS12 support for the “RICOH THETA for iPhone” and “THETA+ for iPhone” apps will end on March 31, 2021.
In addition, support for the following models which aren’t ready for OS version newer than iOS 12 will also end on the same day.

After the date that support ends, we would like you to understand that we will no longer respond to questions about bugs on the applicable OSes, these models and release of new apps.
