About use by Twitter account – RICOH THETA Apps –
Regarding the above mentioned issue, the following problems have been confirmed.
Cannot log in or post using a Twitter account on the RICOH THETA application for PCs.
We are currently investigating this issue.
There is no problem with logging in and posting on the Ricoh THETA App for smartphones.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers using the apps by a Twitter account, and we appreciate your understanding.
