A version update for the RICOH THETA app is now available.
Contents of the version updates for each of the RICOH THETA apps are as follows.
＜Smartphone app＞

■RICOH THETA for iOS
・The following functions were added to the still image shooting method.
-Animation Photos*
- *Tapping the shutter button in the app will take photos with the smartphone camera and then
RICOH THETA, in that order.Animation videos generated from 360-degree still images and still images taken with a smartphone are combined and saved. - *Animation Photos are saved in the LivePhoto format. View them using the Photo app.
- *We recommend that you use this function together with the RICOH THETA Smartphone Holder (TO-1) accessory.
